Overview

SimOffice is a desktop application developed by CrashOverride LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

What We Collect

Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Email address: Collected during checkout for account management, subscription management, and license key recovery.
License key data: Your license key, subscription status, and email address are stored on our servers (hosted on Upstash Redis) to validate your subscription. The application contacts our server on each launch to verify your license.
Usage telemetry: Anonymous, aggregate usage data may be collected to improve the product. This can be disabled in Settings.

What We Do NOT Collect

Your AI provider API keys are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us.
Your chat conversations with AI agents stay on your device.
Your agent configurations, SOUL.md files, and office settings remain local.

Third-Party Services

Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Upstash Redis: Stores license key data (license key, subscription status, email) for validation. See Upstash's Privacy Policy.
Resend: Sends transactional emails (license key delivery, key recovery). See Resend's Privacy Policy.
OpenClaw Gateway: Runs locally on your machine. Your data stays on your device.
AI Providers: When you use AI services (Claude, GPT, etc.), your messages are sent to those providers according to their respective privacy policies.

Data Storage

SimOffice stores all application data locally on your computer. We do not operate cloud servers that store your personal data, conversations, or configurations.

Your Rights

You can delete all SimOffice data at any time by uninstalling the application and removing the ~/.openclaw and ~/.clawx directories from your system.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
