Overview

SimOffice is a desktop application developed by CrashOverride LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

What We Collect

Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Email address: Collected during checkout for account and subscription management.
Usage telemetry: Anonymous, aggregate usage data may be collected to improve the product. This can be disabled in Settings.

What We Do NOT Collect

Your AI provider API keys are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us.
Your chat conversations with AI agents stay on your device.
Your agent configurations, SOUL.md files, and office settings remain local.

Third-Party Services

Stripe: Payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
OpenClaw Gateway: Runs locally on your machine. Your data stays on your device.
AI Providers: When you use AI services (Claude, GPT, etc.), your messages are sent to those providers according to their respective privacy policies.

Data Storage

SimOffice stores all application data locally on your computer. We do not operate cloud servers that store your personal data, conversations, or configurations.

Your Rights

You can delete all SimOffice data at any time by uninstalling the application and removing the ~/.openclaw and ~/.clawx directories from your system.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
